English: Distracting mirrors at Omagh Memorial Garden? This must have been checked out to ascertain whether passing motorists are blinded along Drumragh Avenue. When I was looking at the obelisk today at Market Street, there was a ray of light shining in its direction from the mirrors, but it seemed to be a bit off the mark. The tracking of the sun is computer controlled, but the very slightest deviation can make a difference to the final target. |
