English: Cadastral survey map showing landowners' names and "Centre line of tunnel of W.A. extension." Also covers Meridian Hill, Columbia Heights, Howard University, and adjacent tracts. "March 18th 1884." Black ink, red ink, and yellow wash. Soiled, torn, fold-lined, and taped. Includes statistical tables titled "Description of larger lots in Division of Rob't Peters Estate." On verso in ink: Mt. Pleasant, Peter Subd'n. Available also through the Library of Congress Web site as a raster image. Phillips. Washington 635 Vault DCP
