Dolomite-sphalerite-galena from Canada. (public display, Geology Department, Wittenberg University, Springfield, Ohio, USA)

Whitish-gray & yellowish-tan = dolomite (CaMg(CO3)2 - calcium magnesium carbonate Very light brown to dark brown = sphalerite (ZnS = zinc sulfide) Silvery-gray = galena (PbS = lead sulfide)

Canada's Pine Point mining complex targets lead and zinc minerals at a Mississippi Valley-type deposit in Devonian-aged carbonates (dolostones & dolomitic limestones).
