Summary edit

Description
English: Doo Cove This cliff face is almost always in the shade. To see it sunlit would mean going out just after sunrise at midsummer, which means about three o'clock in the morning. The dark cleft is the Doo Cove (Pigeon Cave), so called because it is the home of large numbers of pigeons. Whether they are feral pigeons or Rock Doves I am not qualified to say. You can walk into the cave at low tide, and you can get in in a kayak at high tide. I think it possible that the cliff marks a fault line, but it is not marked as such on the geological map.
