This photograph of a door in the wall surrounding the Caerhun Farm Caravan Club Certified Site reminded me of the door to the secret garden in the similarly named children's classic story by Frances Hodgson Burnett http://www.penguin.co.uk/nf/Author/AuthorPage/0,,1000005453,00.html .
In fact, from the other side of the wall, the door is completely hidden by the shrubbery and the building whose roof can be seen is on the other side of the B5106. Not much of a garden there, then! For a photograph showing the viewpoint of this image, click here 412949. |
