Add a one-line explanation of what this file represents
Description Red bean pancakes, known in Japan as "dora-yaki" and "Hon Do Po Bin" in China, are crepe-like sweet pancakes that are popular all over Asia. The pancakes are made of common ingredients: light wheat flour, sugar, oil, and eggs. The filling is made with red bean paste, made from Azuki beans. A typical preparation involves placing some red bean paste on each cooked pancake and then rolling it up into a cylinder shape before serving.
