Español: El juego de garrote venezolano, también conocido como esgrima maderera, es un arte de ataque y defensa arraigado en la cultura venezolana, que ha perdurado a lo largo del tiempo como un legado de valor y tradición. Surgido como método de defensa personal ha sido transmitido de generación en generación, manteniendo viva la ética valerosa del campesino venezolano. A través de la práctica del juego de garrote, se preserva la identidad y la historia de Venezuela, demostrando la importancia de este arte en la sociedad y su contribución a la diversidad cultural del país.
