Extrait des trois volumes de "La France au XIXe siècle" de Thomas Allom, qui contient 19 planches concernant les Pyrénées (pl. 45, 49, 55, 62, 68, 75, 78, 80, 81, 83 (Tome II) et 5, 7, 16, 37, 42, 45, 65, 83, 85 (Tome III). Dans chaque tome le faux titre est gravé sur acier et rédigé en anglais. Les planches pyrénéennes ont souvent été réunies en albums, sans texte.
