Deutsch: Gesamtansicht von Marienborg und Øya. Das Bahnbetriebswerk Marienborg im Vordergrund. Øya mit dem Krankenhaus, Marinevold, Gløshaugen, NTH, Singsaker, Nidelva, Elgeseter Brücke. Das Bild ist in östlicher Richtung aufgenommen. Im Bereich der Werkstatt ist eine Lokomotive der NSB Reihe 49 „Dovregubben“ ohne Tender abgestellt. Dies spricht dafür, dass die Aufnahme statt von 1936 vom Juni 1935 ist.
