English: Live-imaging video of MDCK Dsc2a-YFP cells cultured at sub-confluence for 24 hours and then transfected with pericentrin-RFP for a further 24 hours using Fugene 6. LCM treatment induced detachment and rounding up of cells, and the internalisation of Dsc2a-YFP. Internalised Dsc2a-YFP initially surrounds pericentrin-RFP and is then transported towards it, with colocalisation occurring at around 1 hour 40 minutes LCM treatment. Images were taken every 2 minutes. |
