Aerial view of downtown New Brunswick, New Jersey around 1974 (based on a campaign sign for Aldrage Cooper for mayor). The Northeast Corridor runs across the photo with the New Brunswick station in the center. Albany Street, New Jersey Route 27 (which also carries County Route 514 and CR 527) runs from the center of the photo towards the top where it intersects New Jersey Route 18 at a modified traffic circle (since removed) then crosses the Raritan River into Highland Park.
