Fruits scarlet, round, but somewhat flattened at stem end; good for open ground or forcing. Oz., 25 cts.; % lb., 75 cts.; lb., ^2.50. Early Detroit. A new early variety, with skin of an attractive purplish-pink color. The vines make a stronger growth than most other early sorts and continue bearing throughout the entire season. Medium to large in size, nearly round, smooth, solid and of excellent flavor. Oz., 25 cts.; )4- lb., 85 cts.; lb., $3.00. June Pink. The demand for an early pink tomato will be satisfactorily supplied by this variety, which really is a pink Spark's Earliana, resembling that variety in every way except in color. It ripens very early, in fact was the first to ripen on our trial grounds. The fruits measure about 3 inches in diameter, are quite deep and continue to ripen until frost kills the plants. Oz., 25 cts.; % lb., 75 cts.; lb., $2.50. Spark's Earliana. An extra early variety. Fruits smooth and bright red. Largely grown by New Jersey growers, who get the tomatoes in market very early. Oz., 25 cts.; % lb., 75 cts.; lb., $2.50. Dreer's Superb Salad. This variety is distinctly a salad Tomato, as it does not grow large or coarse. The color is a rich scarlet and flavor very good. Dwarf Champion. An early and distinct variety, medium in size, plant of dwarf and compact growth. Color purplish- • pink. Oz., 25 cts.; % lb., 75 cts.; lb., $2.50. Favorite. Fruit deep red, solid and smooth as an apple. This is a good Tomato either for slicing or canning. Oz., 20 cts.; % lb., 65 cts.; lb., $2.25. The Stone. (Seecut.') Dreer's selected stock. Fruit very large and deep; bright scarlet; smooth, ripening evenly to the stem; exceedingly solid and firm flesh and of the finest quality. The plants grow vigorously and are very productive; the Tomatoes are heavy and thick-meated, making it an extremely valuable variety for market and for canning pur- poses. Oz., 20 cts.; '^ lb., 65 cts.; lb., $2.25. Dwarf stone. This Tomato resembles the original Stone in color and shape, and what is remarkable for an erect sort, it is practically the same size and equally as productive. Shape is perfect, very solid, ripens evenly and is of excellent flavor. The plant makes a healthy growth and does not spread out like some, and Tomatoes are grown all over the vine. Oz., 25 cts.; % lb., 75 cts.; lb., $2.50. Trophy. An old-time favorite. Large size, smooth, solid and excellent flavor. The color is a rich deep crimson-scar- let.
