It doesn't appear to have a copyright mark, but to be certain, a search for any renewal was done for 1953 and 1954 with the emphasis being on Lee Pickett, Pickett Photo Company (his company) and Great Northern Railway (his employer for the photos).
• No information was found with regard to any copyright renewal.
