English: Illustration by Poul Steffensen from the Danish novel Dronningens Vagtmester by Carit Etlar which takes place during the Dano-Swedish War in 1658-1660. Ib Abelsøn wanted to help the noblewoman Elsebeth Buchwald, her daughter Karen Kaas and the nephew Holger Rud with fleeing from the Swedish forces at the Gjorslev Castle. But the evil Kulsoen sounded the alarm so that they have to give up. The next morning she has come into the castle and drunk the leftovers from a wine pot. She makes a curtsy as the German captain Esner in Swedish service comes to thanks her and ask how everything came about.
