Dublin Marathon - Waiting For Something To Happen
Because of the barriers it was much more difficult to photograph this year's event and to complicate matters I decided to use a Sony NEX-5 rather than the Canon 1Ds that I used for previous marathons. The Dublin Marathon is a marathon run every year in Dublin, Ireland, normally on the last Monday in October, which is a public holiday in Ireland. Held each year since 1980.
A new record for the Dublin Marathon: Geoffrey Ndungu with a time of 2 hours, eight minutes and 32 seconds. Because of the barriers it was much more difficult to photograph this year's event and to complicate matters I decided to use a Sony NEX-5 rather than the Canon 1Ds that I used for previous marathons.
