Braemar graveyard (See NO1592). It was also the billet of the redcoat Sgt. Davies whose grave is on the bleak hillside a few miles away.(See NO0386). Their extraordinary stories are related in Ian Murray's book, "The Dee from The Far Cairngorms." |
