Description Beginning in 2014, the Wayne National Forest and the National Wild Turkey Federation partnered to chemically treat Ailanthus on the Forest to enhance wildlife habitat and restore forest health. The partnership has resulted in over $500,000 in improving and enhancing wildlife habitat. Nearly 5,500 acres of habitat on the Wayne National Forest has or will soon receive improvements or enhancements. (Photo Courtesy of Wayne National Forest)
