Description
English: Changes in morphology of Dendritic cells in response to infection. 3D time-lapse sequences (21 µm stacks) showing the movement of CD11cYFP cells in the lymph nodes of uninfected (left) and PruOVA infected mice (Day 3 post infection). Note that while the CD11cYFP cells look distinctly different in morphology in the infected animals, no differences in the movement were observed compared to the uninfected animals. Time is shown in hh:mm:ss.
