Description
English: The EA52 disc seal UHF diode has been developed in 1950s. The cathode is the annular ring and the anode is the end spike. Filament Vf 6.3 Volts / If 0.3 Ampere / Indirect heating.

This disc seal valve diode was designed for use in UHF voltmeter and monitoring devices for use as a measurement diode at f<1000MHz. Capacitance a-k <0.5pF. Maximum current 0.3mA, 5mA peak. Peak voltage <1kV. The thin glass tube envelope is 11 mm in diameter and, excluding the base pins, is 40 mm tall. The pointed tip allows it to be used directly as the probe.
