Description
English: Video of mitotic NRK-52E cell microinjected with the EB1-specific antibody 1A11. Note the comparative looseness of chromosomal congression before anaphase onset, the asymmetric movement of the separating chromosomes and the cortical blebbing during anaphase. Images were obtained using 1×1 binning and exposure times of less than 250 ms/frame with a time-lapse interval of 30 s, for up to 2 h. For presentation as movies, image series were saved as uncompressed AVI files then cropped, compressed and converted into QuickTime movies using Adobe ImageReady 7. Stills from this movie are presented in Figure 3B.
