Description
English: Dr. Gregory Ehx is a permanent principal investigator of the F.R.S.-FNRS and head of the Translational Immunology & Leukemia group in the lab of Hematology (GIGA Institute - University of Liege). His research focuses on the interaction between leukemic and immune cells to understand how to promote immunity against acute myeloid leukemia (AML). His work resulted in the discovery of tumor-specific antigens in acute myeloid leukemia which can be used to develop a vaccine against this type of cancer. He also created a software, BamQuery, to discover vaccination targets in any type of malignancy.
