English: EWS Class 60 at Pontrilas A familiar site of the Marches line, steel coil trains are normally Class 66 hauled. The down line signal warns of an approaching passenger train. Pontrilas was once a junction, the Golden Valley line to Hay-on-Wye leaving just beyond the signal box. Trains with timber from the Highlands sometimes use the siding in the foreground. |
