Summary edit

Description
English: Detail of an 1890 map showing the track system controlled by the East Tennessee, Virginia and Georgia Railway. The ETV&G connected Knoxville with Bristol, where it joined the Norfolk & Western system. At Chattanooga, the line split, with one line continuing westward to Memphis, and another continuing southward into Georgia. This latter line split again at Rome, with one branch continuing southeastward to Brunswick, and another going southwestward into Alabama, all the way to Mobile, Alabama, and Meridian, Mississippi.
