Description
English: The Edward Payne house (1899) in Boise, Idaho, was designed by John E. Tourtellotte and is part of the Warm Springs Avenue Historic District. Edward Payne was president of the Boise State Bank when it was closed for insolvency. Payne was later convicted of making false statements to a bank examiner. He received a pardon in 1917.
