Description
English: During the construction of the Leuvesluis, bulkheads will be placed on the quay of the Leuvehaven with a floating crane. On the right the Nieuwe Leuvebrug and behind it work at 'De Boeg', the national monument for the merchant navy. From right to left the Nieuwe Maas, the Scheepmakershaven and the Rederijhaven. Year: 1956.
Nederlands: Bij de bouw van de Leuvesluis worden met een drijvende kraan schotten geplaatst aan de kade van de Leuvehaven. Rechts de Nieuwe Leuvebrug en daarachter werkzaamheden bij 'De Boeg', het nationaal monument voor de koopvaardij. Van rechts naar links de Nieuwe Maas, de Scheepmakershaven en de Rederijhaven. Jaar: 1956.
