Description
English: Differentiation of ES cell by BMP4+RA. ES cells were subjected to differentiation as illustrated in Fig. 3 and recorded by time-lapse microscopy from day 2 of differentiation. Time 0 indicated in the movie frame corresponds to day 2 of the experiment. The time course experiment points to day 3–4 as the onset of differentiation.
