English: Fasciola hepatica and Fasciola gigantica:

Size: Larger than Clonorchis and Opisthorchis eggs; approximately 130-150 µm by 60-90 µm. Shape: Oval to ellipsoidal. Shell: Golden-brown and thick. Content: They contain a developing miracidium.

Appearance: No operculum, but there's a small indentation or "shoulder" at one end.
