Summary edit

Description
English: ELEKTRON PLATE OF MIHAI VITEAZUL AND HIS SON

The plate is different with the seal of Mihail Viteazul in inscription.

The inscription on the seal on Wikipedia:

This is the inscription on the seal:

There are two inscriptions on the seal. First, circular, in Romanian Cyrillic alphabet "IO MIHAILI UGROVLAHISCOI VOEVOD ARDILSCOI MOLD ZEMLI", meaning "Io Michael Voivode of Wallachia, Transylvania and Moldavia Land". Second, placed along a circular arc separating the Wallachian coat from the rest of the heraldic composition, "NML BJE MLRDIE", could be translated "Through The Very Grace of God"

The inscription on the plate from private collection is as follows:

The circular inscription is " IO MIHAILI EVEGO IO NEKOLA VOEVODAR V ZEMLI MOLD" which probably means: " Io Michael here is Io Nikola Voivod of Moldavia Land " probably presenting the throne to his son Nikola as his " heir to the throne ". The upper inscription is the same as on the seal "NML BJE MLRDIE", could be translated "Through The Very Grace of God". Also the image of the Bird is different from seal. On top of the plate the bird is crowned and turned right while on the seal the bird is holding cross at his mouth and head turned left.
