Deutsch: Vorderseite: Typ 'Porcupine'. Vermutlich aus einem rechts gewendetem Brustbild abgeleitete Darstellung, die einem Stachelschwein (Porcupine) ähnelt.

Rückseite: Viereckiges Ornament.

Kommentar: Der umfangreich gemünzte Typ 'Porcupine' wird in der angelsächsischen Numismatik als Serie E geführt und zu den 'Continental Sceattas' gerechnet. Stückgenaue Zitate sind wegen der Variantenvielfalt schwierig. Zu den einzelnen Typengruppen vgl. M. Metcalf, Thrymsas and Sceattas in the Ashmolean Museum Oxford II (1993) 196-221 und Kat. Nr. 214-257.
