Description
English: Migration of human monocytes towards SgG2. Freshly isolated monocytes from blood of healthy donors were plated on glass bottom cover slips coated with Poly-D-lysine and VCAM-1. 5 µM SgG2 was dispensed from a micropipette with constant backpressure. Time-lapse video was recorded at 10 seconds interval with DIC optics at 63× magnification.
