Envelop gericht aan dhr. Grubben, secretaris van de gemeente Maasbree, wonend in Baarlo. Op de voorzijde het stempel van de Roermondse advocaat Guillon. De brief zelf ontbreekt. Op de voorzijde verder poststempel Roermond, 31 augustus 1854. Op de achterzijde poststempel Venlo, 1 september 1854. Portokosten 10 [cent].
