Both Dresserus and Gandanameno closely resemble the Genus Eresus, which occurs in the Northern Hemisphere, and both used to be included in Eresus. Size fairly large, perhaps 2 cm. In spite of large chelicerae, inoffensive. Usually sit with legs close to body. Google Earth -34.0488,18.81234
