Erling Amundsen, Strømsgodset, er en dristig og utmerket hopper ved våre store skirenn og har erobret en mengde premier i "yngste klasse" og deltar nu i kombinert skirenn. Fotografiet viser hans hopp i siste Holmenkollrenn 1929, hvor han blev nr. 33 i klasse B.

Merknad:

Disse samlekortene med bilder av norske og internasjonale idretthelter fulgte med i sigarettpakker på 1920 og 30-tallet - derav tobakksreklamen på baksiden.

Samlekortene kommer fra Sportsklubben Freidigs arkiv, og inneholder nærmere 90 unike kort pent plassert i et samlealbum. Samleren var den senere skipsmegler Finn Følling (1914 – 1985).
