Español: Esc. Miguel Ángel Alterach, alias Toto, (Posadas, 6 de agosto de 1922) es un político y escribano argentino, que ocupó el cargo de Gobernador de Misiones entre el 25 de mayo de 1975 y el 24 de marzo de 1976, cuando es desplazado del cargo por el Proceso de Reorganización Nacional.
Con el regreso de la democracia en Argentina acaecido en 1983, resultó electo como diputado nacional, en tres oportunidades (1985, 1989, 1996) y Vicegobernador de Misiones, para el período 1991 hasta 1995, del entonces gobernador Federico Ramón Puerta. |
