Description
English: Baseline-corrected levels (pg/mL) of unconjugated estradiol, unconjugated estrone, and total (conjugated + unconjugated) estrone (primarily estrone sulfate) after a single intravenous injection of 0.3 mg estradiol in young premenopausal women. This graph shows estrogen levels up to 3 hours post-injection, but the original graphs showed levels up to 48 hours.
