English: This is an image of the cover to Edgar Rice Burroughs pulp fiction novel, 'The Eternal Savage'. Published in 1914. The actual ACE Books edition, which is pictured was published in 1963. The cover artist was Roy G Krenkel. According to Krenkel's wiki-article, as well as paleoblog Krenkel worked as an illustrator for Burrough's novels quite often. Because the artwork and book were obviously puplished PRIOR to 1964, and there are no records of copyright renewal pertaining to Krenkel or Burroughs for this work, I am marking as PD-US-not-renewed... |
