Description U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District employees pause to celebrate Halloween with costume and pumpkin carving contests, a chili cook-off and cupcake bake-off at the Amelia Earhart Center in Wiesbaden, Germany Oct. 31. The spooky festivities culminated with the announcement of the contest winners including the Scooby-Doo Contracting Crew for best overall costume, Susanne Kelly for scariest costume, Andrea Revell for funniest costume, Mike Pearson for best pumpkin, Dawn Sonju for best chili and Amanda Boucher for best cupcakes.
