English: Parasites expressing mammalian-like TgACTI make incomplete circles during circular gliding motility. DD-G200S parasites were treated with Shield-1 for 40 hr and then monitored during gliding on glass coverslips via video microscopy. Images captured at one frame per second for 60 sec.
