Notes
  • Significance: This outstanding Greek Revival building is noteworthy because of its fine proportions, portico, dome and lantern. It was built c. 1840-1841 by a group of businessmen to display tobacco and cotton, and to hold auctions and sales. It once served (c. 1862) as the Bank of the City of Petersburg.
