Description
English: Expedition 46 Flight Engineer Tim Kopra of NASA receives the traditional blessing from a Russian Orthodox Priest at the Cosmonaut Hotel prior to his launch aboard the Soyuz TMA-19M spacecraft to the International Space Station, Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2015 in Baikonur, Kazakhstan. Launch of the Soyuz is scheduled for Dec. 15 and will send Kopra, Soyuz Commander Yuri Malenchenko of the Russian Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos), and Flight Engineer Tim Peake of ESA (European Space Agency) on a six-month mission to the International Space Station.
