Description
English: PfH2A.Z shows a polarized distribution in the nucleus. 3D reconstruction using serial Z-stacks of confocal images was performed. The animation shows a 360° rotation. The blue area depicts DAPI-stained DNA, the green area depicts PfH2A.Z labelled with rabbit anti-PfH2A.Z antiserum. PfH2A.Z labelling is concentrated towards one side of the nucleus.
