The 'observation wheel' at Bridlington, nearly 40 metres high with 24 gondolas each seating six people, including a VIP gondola with a leather interior, a desk and a refrigerator holding a complimentary bottle of Champagne. The Eye on the Bay was opened in 2007, built by the Yorkshire Carousel Company Ltd in conjunction with Bayside Fun Park at a cost of £1 million. |
