Bazaar Court (other name South Zala Savings Bank building) It is a two-storey building with a gable roof standing on a plot bordered by two streets, enclosing two inner courtyards. The façade is closed by baluster attica, in the middle of Attica is the inscription South Zala Savings Bank and the beehive emblem. The façade at Zrínyi u. 35 has a simpler layout, a semicircular gate entrance in the central axis, and a wrought-iron lattice balcony above it. Corbel supported, wrought iron access balconies. The side aisles are supported by Tuscan columns, glazed on the first and second floors. The doorways and shops on the ground floor of the building are mostly vaulted. In several rooms stucco ornament. Its five staircases have historicizing details, mostly original doors and windows, coverings. Bazaar Court, Bazaar Building, named after the shops opening onto the courtyards. After the demolition of the building standing here, the South Zala Savings Bank built the house that stands today as a headquarters and rental apartments in 1881, based on the plans of a Viennese architect, local contractors: Antal Hencz and Ede Hirschl. Around 1900s, the local Social Circle/Society? (locared at upstairs), photography's studio and café were also housed in the building. Before World War II, his apartment on the street on the first floor had a textile depot, and offices elsewhere. After 1945, the larger spaces were allocated for housing. Déli udvar Zrínyi utcai kijárart felé nézve. Bazár-udvar (Dél-Zalai Takarékpénztár, Bazárudvar). Két utca által határolt telken álló, két belső udvart körbezáró, keretes beépítésű, kétemeletes, nyeregtetős épület. A homlokzatot baluszteres attika zárja le, az attika közepén Dél-Zalai Takarékpénztár felirat és méhkaptár embléma. A Zrínyi u. 35. sz. alatti homlokzat egyszerűbb tagolású, középtengelyében félköríves kapubejárat, felette kovácsoltvas rácsos erkély. Udvari homlokzatai előtt a keresztszárhoz kapcsolódva, konzolokra támaszkodó, kovácsoltvas rácsos függőfolyosók. A keresztszár mindkét homlokzatán oldalfolyosók, szintjeit toszkán oszlopok támasztják alá, az első és második emeleten beüvegezve. Az épület kapualjai és földszinti üzletei többségükben boltozottak. Több helyiségben stukkódísz. Öt lépcsőházában historizáló részletek, jórészt eredeti nyílászárók, burkolatok. Az ún. Bazár-udvar, Bazárépület, az udvarokra nyíló üzletekről kapta nevét. Az itt álló épület lebontása után a Dél-Zalai Takarékpénztár építtette a ma álló házat, székháznak és bérlakásoknak 1881-ben (bécsi építész tervei alapján, kivitelezők: Hencz Antal és Hirschl Ede nagykanizsai vállalkozó). A 19-20. század fordulóján a helyi Társaskör (emelet), fényképész műterem, kávéház is helyet kaptak az épületben. A második világháború előtt az első emelet utcai lakásában, textil lerakat működött, máshol irodák. A háború után a nagyobb tereket lakás céljára felosztották. Az 1960-as években alakították át az udvari emeletek függőfolyosóit és a déli udvar földszinti tereit. 1989-ben felújították. A korábban itt állt és lebontott házban született Hevesi Sándor író, rendező. Márvány emléktáblája a ház falán. Fő épületdíszei a bejárata felett találhatók.
