English: An F-14 Tomcat taxies to the runway at Incirlik Air Base,Turkey, Feb. 26, 2003. The pilot and aircraft are from Carrier Air Group 3, USS Harry S.Truman flying in support of Operation Northern Watch. The CAG 3 Sailors are part of more than 1,400 United Kingdom, Turkish and U.S. troops enforcing the no-fly zone in northern Iraq.
