Description An F-14 tomcat fighter aircraft (left) and an F/A-18 Hornet fighter aircraft are readied for catapult launch from the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS ENTERPRISE (CVN-65). Based on Image:F-14_and_F-18_prepare_for_launch.jpg. Cropped 780 pixels off the bottom, sharpened the focus on the planes, enhanced the contrast of the sky color, and reduced the resolution by half.
