Description

Two U.S. Navy Vought F-8E Crusader (BuNo 150300, 150316) from Fighter Squadron VF-141 Iron Angles in flight. VF-141 was assigned to Carrier Air Group 14 (CVG-14) aboard the aircraft carrier USS Constellation (CVA-64) for a deployment to the Western Pacific from 21 February to 10 September 1963.

Both aircraft were later hit by flak over Vietnam, and both pilots managed to reach the Gulf of Tonkin to eject and to be rescued. 150300 was in service with VF-162 and hit on 18 August 1966, 150316 was in service with VMF(AW)-232 and hit on 4 May 1967.
