Description Maintenance on a Vought F-8H Crusader of fighter squadron VF-51 Screaming Eagles, in 1968. VF-51 was assigned to Attack Carrier Air Wing Five (CVW-5) aboard the U.S. aircraft carrier USS Bon Homme Richard (CVA-31) for a deployment to Vietnam from 27 January to 10 October 1968. The aircraft is armed with AIM-9D Sidewinder air-to-air missiles.
