Description	A U.S. Navy Vought F8U-1 Crusader of Fighter Squadron 103 (VF-103) "Sluggers" launching from the aircraft carrier USS Forrestal (CVA-59). VF-103 was assigned to Carrier Air Group 10 (CVG-10) aboard the Forrestal for a deployment to the Mediterranean Sea from 2 September 1958 to 12 March 1959.
