Summary edit

English: Photocopy created by United States Archives of all three pages of a letter written on November 6, 1940 by Fidel Castro Ruz to President of the United States Franklin Delano Roosevelt. The letter is the property of the US government held in US Archives (ARC#302040 Record Group:84)[1].
