Bush, flanked by Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff and Acting Under Secretary of Homeland Security for Emergency Preparedness and Response R. David Paulison, discusses Hurricane Rita preparedness with federal emergency responders at the federal government's National Response Coordination Center located at FEMA Headquarters in Washington, D.C.
